Residential Leasing

Our Consultants specialize in specific locations throughout Qatar enabling them to have a complete understanding of the current market conditions, property type, facilities etc. and in turn offer our clients a better service.

The Leasing Team will:

• Will keep an accurate record of the number and availability units.
• Accompany ALL viewings with potential tenants.
• Complete post viewing follow up.
• Advise of all offers in writing providing a profile of the client.
• Together with the Property Management Department complete regular reviews of viewing number and leasing rates and provide updated market advice and recommendations at regular intervals.
• Collect all payments, prepare and arrange for the client to sign all Tenancy Contracts whilst collecting all the paperwork necessary under leasing requirements in Qatar.
• Prepare a Condition Report to ascertain any outstanding maintenance or cleaning requirements prior to occupation by the client.
• Hand over all payments, documentation etc. to the Property Management who will ensure that the handover and follow up with the client is at a high standard.
